We are a small business that specializes in mortgage modification and mortgage refinancing. Our main goal is, and has always been, to use our skills to help people live better lives. Our immediate team consists of mortgage agents, mortgage refinancers, representatives for brokerages, and data analysts. Our extended networks include loss mitigation attorneys, general attorneys, real estate brokers, licensed mortgage brokers as well as accountants.
What We Do
What we do, here at Mortgage Payment Modification, is a series of things. First, we have our agents gather your general financial information so we can get a feel for what you need. After we have gotten some general information we do an analysis and figure out whether or not you a eligible for help. If we decide you may be a good candidate for a mortgage modification, of any sort, we will request more information so we can create a more detailed portfolio to give to our mortgage modification specialists, loss mitigation attorneys or some other department in our extended networks. We, at MortgagePaymentModification.com do not do the modification here. We have a small variety of brokerages and mortgage companies that we use to do the modifications, from which we will decide who can most benefit you and your specific needs.
What This Means to You
What this means to you is that you don't have one company when you ask us for help and you will not be stuck with one price. The companies we use vary in both methodology and price, depending on the situation and/or task. Rest assured though, you are not being charged twice by doing business through us. Though we are semi-independent we are paid by the companies somewhat like their regular employees. Again, you will not be charged twice. By dealing with these companies, we have agreed to take on a share of the work. This compartmentalization allows us to work more efficiently and save you more money fast!
