The Mortgage Modification Guide

What can I do if I am turned down by my lender?

All is not lost. If you are turned down by your lender, there's still a chance we can get you a mortgage modification. If you were turned down because you made enough money, we can take a look at it from the lenders point of view and perhaps they are making enough money too, and can afford to give you a little breathing room.

Act now and find out if you might be eligible
for a mortgage payment modification.

...we will create new incentives so that lenders work with borrowers to modify the terms of sub-prime loans at risk of default and foreclosure - President Barack Obama

If you believe you deserve a mortgage modification, so do we. Although the lender may think you are "ok" there numbers don't always represent your situation fully. They don't know what you are facing now and they certainly can't predict your future any better than you can. If you need a mortgage modification and you've been turned down, give us your information and let us know a little bit about what happened and we will get you what you need.

We know that if you are facing hard times and you are losing money, things can go down hill fast. Even if you start making a little more money, you are still at a net loss and have to recover and then try to get back on track.

If you were turned down because they think you can't afford your home even with a modified mortgage, it is important that you let us know. We may be able to help you stay in your home permanently or help you stay in your home until you are able to get back on your feet.

We don't think it's right that someone who has spent their money trying to pay their mortgage should be tossed aside after they spent their money on their mortgage. If you are putting your last dime into your house, let us know, we want that last dime to count, instead of going towards something you could lose.
