What can I do if I am turned down by my lender?
All is not lost. If you are turned down by your lender, there's still a chance we can get you a mortgage modification. If you were turned down because you made enough money, we can take a look at it from the lenders point of view and perhaps they are making enough money too, and can afford to give you a little breathing room.

If you believe you deserve a mortgage modification, so do we. Although the lender may think you are "ok" there numbers don't always represent your situation fully.
